Made using local Texas grains, our straight rye whiskey is complex and warm with notes of stone fruits and pepper and a lingering and slightly spicy finish. Made grain-to-glass at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas, our Straight Rye Whiskey has been slow-aged to perfection for over five years. Four grain mashbill featuring Texas Elbon Rye, Texas Triticale, English Pale Malt, and a touch of Oats.
